What ya all working on??

Someone gave us a (Make a giant cookie in a skillet) thing for a Christmas gift. The kids made the cookie, the tiny cast iron skillet wasn’t up to much, so I made a spatula out of it.

You could make money on those on the internet. I’d get a new Hand Model if I were you. The one your currently using in the product photo looks as if it has been involved in more than its share of Bitch Slapping. Might be triggering for those outside of Utah.

I put up some pegboard and a charging shelf behind one of my basement workshop benches.

It was a longer project than it needed to be. (Said none of T1's dates, ever.)

Soon to add an old Craftsman tool box under it for more storage once it gets replaced with one of them HF service carts.

Excuse the clean bench, it don't look that way often.

I put up weather striping on Sunday.
Was going to clean my boiler building, but the first things i went to put away were unfinished projects so clean up went to the back burner.
the weather striping was bought,6 years ago and about 26 years ago.
The 6 year old stuff had exactly the amount of screw as holes in the striping.
the 26 year old stuff had a heaping handfull enough for two sets.
Oh yea found some of the X`s stuff i boxed and mailed to her

Finally, I'm probably as done as I'm gonna be with re-doing my back porch/entryway. It needs trim, badly, due to my poor construction skills, but that will be some rainy day far in the future. About all I'm gonna do in the near future is put up some brackets to hang my weed trimmer/pole saw and leaf blower. You'll notice in the top left I already have the charger for em mounted above the window.

Not so pro tip: Don't go cheap on the materials like I did for a job like this. It just adds to the cussin vocabulary.

It looks great Steve. Tongue and groove can't be beat.
