Pastrami loaf sliced 1/4”slabs ,,oven bakd 7-8 minutes meltd sum cheese onem for the last 2 minutes,,,made sum tasty sammitches,,,reheatd sum leftover tater n sweet tater fries to almost crunchy !🤗🤪
Roasted chicken (home grown) we butchered close to 100 so far have 35 left to send to freezer camp
I'm no chef, but instant pot meals here are when we been too busy for Jess to plan ahead or be in the kitchen preparing. She can take ground beef taters and some frozen veggies and make downright awesome soup in like 45 min max. It's not stew meat but I've gotten to where I prefer ground in veg soup. Chili is same deal, it's just a small pressure cooker basically.

Tacos in a bowl again. Doritos underneath and then the meat, chopped onions, green peppers and cheese. I add sweet corn to mine also.. Topped with whatever you want. Quick meal and the boys like it and I'm not hard to please so long as my belly is full

What is sweet corn?? Never heard of it. Out west up north
Corn that's sweet, for the peoples. As opposed to field corn, that ain't sweet, for the aminals.

We dont eat a ton of corn ,,I can actually remember the last time I had it.
Whatever you buy at the supermarket is probably sweet corn. Maybe just not labeled as such because 'Muricans like to be sure stuff has plenty of sugar.
