Also called Carolina vinegar and mustard sauce it's great on pulled pork too
I like it better than any bbq sauce.
I bake chicken at 350 with a elevated
Basket to
Cook off the fat for an hour
Then put it in a pan and sauce it
For 45 minutes or so
Try it it's easy.
I just used Carolina gold this time.
