What's for Supper

Cast iron skillet
Black pepper chicken livers with onions

She was a cook/chef for 60+ year's
She'd flour and season the chicken livers
And cook them half way on one side
Then when turning them
Over she'd add onions
They wouldn't burn this way.
I did use olive oil instead of all crisco
for the first time
It actually made them better.
 
Stopped by my niece's

My friend had made 15 smoked pork loin
For somebody's wedding
He gave us a few of them.IMG_20210829_160953.jpg
And my niece made lasagna
It was all delicious.
