The opinels are nice , slice salami , peperoni , steak , skin a deer or an peel apple like a boss .
Light in the pocket , easy to hold and sharpen .
I have a SS and carbon steel , I prefer the carbon but not sure why lol
I don't know but it's a classic shape for an edc
The skinner had more of a convex grind , I got it flattened tot more of a flat grind for a friend of mine that trappred , he preferred the flat grind .
