In the Park County Sheriff's Dept parking lot, waiting for my fingerprinting appt so I's can turn in my CFP (Concealed Firearm Permit) application.
It's 75.00 here to get a CCW permit and 25.00 background check for a 5 year license here.
Otherwise we're a permitless state
Within state lines.
I'll get a CCW permit if I travel or work out of state.

That must be an older ruger, don't the new ones come with a rail?

10/22s do not, but I don’t think that’s a 10/22.

Si. Recent 10/22's come with a screw on weaver rail, while the older ones came with a 3/8" 'tip-off' airgun style screw on rail. Eye have wan from the 1980's and wan from 2019 or so. Hatchet has the stock from the 1980's ruger.

$64 to the state of Wyoming DCI , plus $5 for prints and $15 for a NICS check (both to the local Sheriff's Dept). Good for 5 years.

Wy is a Constitutional Carry (permitless) state. Got the CFP for reciprocity with 36 other states plus being able to buy firearms from dealers without NICS checks while the CFP is valid. Dealers also charge $5-$10 less ($15 or $20 instead of $25) for a 4473 transfer. I don't need the batfags keeping track of every firearm I buy from/through a dealer....
