I liked the .40 simply because of free brass
I had many thousands of brass my friends gifted to me

Very accurate in my cz75sa and fn hi power vigilante rip
Overall the 1911 .45s I had were the most
Consistently accurate
But bullet costs continue to rise.
Always hated 9mm but it's cheap to shoot.
