Food Dehydrators

What temp and time?
Bannans 135f for a little over 12 hours. Cut kinda thick maybe a little over a quarter inch. They were not as sweet this time. The time before they were good. Taste wise.

Apples 135f over 14 hours.

Just try as you go along and you will find a textute you like. I think every time it will change as the moisture and sugar content and humidity in your house changes.
