Excaliber 4 tray. It was a impulse buy at walmart last year. I'd get the one with more tray if you have the space to keep it. But its fine if your not in a huge rush. We just load it before bed and let it run. The downside is that you have to rotate the trays as it's not an even heat, as the fan and element is on one side. I dont know if others are like that, but that is a negitive. I ate 4 zip lock sandwich bags of beef jerky and my teeth are still hurting me.

Dial temperature control with a simple on and off switch. Not much to go wrong on it compared to the membrane button ones with digital displays.
I was going to buy it and a jerky gun but they want $75 shipping. Fuck that.

I like ours for jerky, but it’s nice for bananas, apples, we make our own minced onion and dried tomatoes and red pepper flakes. You could dry some cauliflower and bok choy
