The Husqvarna thread

I got that g272 in after 52 day's

I was surprised to see that it's made by
Craft top/new top
Farmertec scratched out most of the markings.
14 or 15 year's ago i tried to buy some of these
They were the first clone saws I'd seen online
They've been making these
And the 61/268 clones for 21 year's
Other than a 61 topcover a weird toggle on/off switch and a stupid dogleg
Starter handle
It's 272 underneath.

It's a strong running 272 i have a few oem one's it runs right with them.

I'm trying to get a 262 clone next

Having an issue with a Husqvarna 445, purge bulb pressed 7 times, fuel is in purge bulb, choke it and crank. It starts for just a second like normal, push choke off, or hit throttle and crank. Starts for a few seconds and dies.

Replaced carb, no change.

What is causing my problem?

Thank you

Open the fuel cap while it's running to see if it's the tank vent.

Once upon a time a professional rebuilt a saw and had the same issues. @thomas1 may remember what the problem was.

But I don't think it's the same thing you are seeing

An entire tube of dirko in the impulse port and “it runs perfectly until it gets hot”.

@CFT did you accidentally leave the saw by a railroad crossing?
