Breakfast for dinner. Scrambled eggs, whole grain toast with home made strawberry preserves and homemade turkey sausage.
Defrosted a pork roast, lately I’ve been cubing them up, drenching in flour and frying it on the flattop grill rather than roasting. Leftovers in BBQ sauce or on a tortilla with cheese and hot sauce.

Thursday nite out ,,,itailian resturant,,,,Eye orderd their version of a phillycheesesteak sammy 🤨,,not much cheese or steak ,,,,way too much near raw green peppers ,,,came home full n abit disappointed 😩😢,Mrs had a chickin parm sammy,,,half is scheduled for tomallys lunch ,,we toted half an order of sweet potato fries home alsew 👍
