I do have a tube of Super Lube 21030. I was told it was too thin though.
Does it have moly in it? I think sliding gears need moly grease.
I think thin is better... More liquidy to actually get on the gears

That's my thinking on using white lithium. I took apart a reduction box at the asphalt plant once that had bearings gone just because someone had packed it with real thick grease that got flung to the outside of the case and stayed there. The gears and bearings in the center that were actually moving were completely dry.
 
The Caber ring is worth half the price
The china stuff can make some strong runners
I put one of those cross mmws cylinder kits on a pig/dog 660
And it was definitely stronger than stock
Saw still sucks though.
