does the stihl fuel mix not have any colour?
dumped some outta' DUI Dan's saw yesterday and it looked like straight gas...
Of course all I use is the Red Armour, cause I yam smart like that and of course my fuel mix is.....red.

IIRC , a number of years ago ( 10-15) there was a Stihl oil with no color . Stihl ultra ??
Mobil 2 cycle oil has no color . But, it’s not sold here anymore .

I take my old slugs and make a windchime outta em.
So it been in the element for couple years.

His saw started, idled and spooled up when it left here.
even sent him a video
He calls next day day, says it still won't idle
okay okay, I'll be over after work and tune on it s'more.
later that day, don't worry about it, he bought a battery saw taking the ms311 to the shop in the next town over
yeah, okay.
Later that day
he ask if I had the screws outta the air box
HUH!?!
No Dan they're captured screws, all 3 were secured and present when it left here
but let me see if the local guy has any
He has to order the screws
More text, "are you sure you don't have those screws?"
"I don't wanna' take it to the shop with screws missing"
Friday another text about the screws, "no Dan, They're captured screws, it takes effort to remove them from the air box, I had no reason to make that effort. the goddamned things were present and secured when it left here, I've ordered the the motherfuckers and will let you know when they get here, it's the best I can do and it's certainly more than I should do"
