Have a PET scan tomorrow . Hopefully it’ll show nothing . Won’t know the results until Monday when I see my Oncologist .

Yeah you can't delete the gasket in any 026 I ever seen. They're piston knockers

The piston looks decent given the saws age ,and care . Just some scuffing on the skirt on the intake side .
pretty moot point about the rings now . Popped the cylinder off this AM to have a look at things . So, it’ll get a set of caber rings . Thanks to all that responded . Love this place . Where else can you go to get an informed opinion , get a laugh ,or two , and even get a hearty GFY occasionally . All in the same thread …
