Not So Pros v3.0

yep, moved around the corner, got 90% of my household stuff over in 2 truck loads, I don't have much.
Harriet sold some of her forest land in Del Norte, to avoid having the goobermint steal a bunch of the proceeds, she bought a small 640 square foot house,
which she is giving to me to live in. I was getting run out of living space at the store, out of 800 square feet, I had 200 to live in.
Now I finally have a proper kitchen, an 18'X22' shop and a 8'X12' saw shed. There is maybe 2-3 truck loads of stuff to bring over for the shop and the shed
plus the gun safe.

I can order those 100 bucks cheaper and free shipping from China vs the US . The shipping from the US is almost another 100

I was on ebay yesterday looking around, I'd say 95% of the sellers I used to buy from all the time are gone, actually I don't know if I even found one. Parts that used to be maybe 5 bucks free shipping are now 15 bucks and 7 bucks shipping.nobody is going to pay that much for aftermarket stuff. The only good thing about it was it was cheap, and that's long gone. I got an email from HIPA asking me if I wanted to open a dealer account, but I have no need anymore

I really only kept chains on hand for customers i never set out to run a storefront or anything
I'd just sell a chain to whoever needed one on a saw i was fixing.
A local firewood business owner bought 5 upstart 72dl full chisel i was getting them for 5.00 a piece 10 year's ago from the walmart online I'd sell them for 10.00
He ended up buying over a hundred of those from me then i set him up with his own Walmart online account and he told me he bought another hundred at least.

For instance i bought 17 clearance hipa 3/8 84dl full chisel for 51.00 last year
This guy wants 250.00 for used
I bought 93 for 217.00 sold 30 at 9.00 each and have run them a lot no complaints
The china stuff is catching up with oem prices this year.

Many years ago on AS I bought about 25 x 84 dl stihl chains from a guy who couldn't sharpen. I think I gave him3 bucks each, the shipping was more than the chains. He was happy as hell, he was about to throw them away, he said I wish you'd have messaged me a couple of months ago, I already put about 50 in the trash.

wtf? cant? dont know how? figure it the fuck out. christ, throw out a chain never sharpened??? i grind or file the sob right brand new.
I can't imagine either. There has to be somebody that could sharpen chains for you, but apparently it's more common than you think. It would be a lot cheaper to buy firewood than throw out dull chains

Many years ago on AS I sold a bunch of stuff to a guy in Canada. He got a huge bill from UPS from customs.

I still laugh at that stupid Sum’a Bitch
