You have that right…. I’m guessing it was 2010is when I called him for some parts. I could have swore he was at least 80 then. And by 80, I mean a 80 year old who sounded like he was 100, and just woke up (mid afternoon when I called him) after about a 3 week bender on 5 o’clock vodka, a week straight of taking lines of coke off of Bessie at his local strip club before he finally got kicked out.

It was his incentive to continue to buy from him - he started advertising that starting immediately he was going to include every day household items with every sale so the daily items you use get replenished with every purchase

I bought a rebuilt Zama carb from him sometime after that and with the carb I also received an O-Cello sponge with a small bottle of Dawn dish soap and a 25 pack of plastic spoons

I’m not too sure where I’m going with this but my memory was sparked and I told myself to share
