both battery and charger had to be replaced under warranty. now the battery dont hold charge long, but they do go bad. its gonna get a china off brand clone 4ahr. hell the original was china made any way.

How much greasing are you doing a day? I keep one in the harvester with the 12amp battery it lasts over 2 weeks with greasing daily.

more like weekly. new it would easily last a case of grease and hold charge for weeks. now it wont make it through a case and wont hold but a couple days.

That one I go through at least a tube a day sometimes two depending on the cab and boom greasing. Is the grease cold or warm?

grease is always ambient temp, doesent seem to matter. that battery is on its last legs, needs replaced.

Warm grease will be easier to pump, all mine sit in the engine compartment or by the hydraulic system a nice hot gun with hot grease can cut greasing times big time too.
