I truly hate those fuel cans my friend gave me one
And I regifted it to his wife on her birthday.

I picked up another 150 rounds of .357..

Gonna try and take a deer with it this year.
I have about 50-60 pounds of 38/357, 30-30 is scarce, I have everything I need to load it, but primers.
I had a neighbor that only hunted with a marlin .357 he said he bought it in the early 80s he hunted every season until 2020 when he quit hunting
He never had a deer get away
He used mostly 125gr Remington jhp and 158gr lead.
I bought a 6" 686+ with hunting in mind. From what I've been seeing, a lot of good bucks are within 50 yards or so.
I'll be using Buffalo Bore heavy lead free ammo.
