Is the older one a 12 valve? and how does the mileage compare?

No it's 24 valve but still gets about 3 to 4 miles to gallon better. I would guess tires play a big role in that.

Last I read was 19 officers outside the classroom that they locked him, because the chief figured everyone was probably already dead and didn’t want any of them to take a chance of getting shot.
