My kids are 12 and 14…. I can’t imagine the world they will live in and have to raise kids in.

Our daughter is 14. There is a new ice cream shop coming to town and they are advertising like crazy for employees and to come in for interviews.
They had a big interview day yesterday and our daughter went in.
She said there was a ton of people there. A lot of them her age (14-17). The one comment she made and my moms made who took her, “I can’t believe the clothes these kids came into for a interview.
My mom said every other girl there was dressed like they were ready for a night out in a back ally and looking for cash.
Needless to say, our daughter got a call first thing this morning asking if she would like a job and that training starts next week.

My daughter got into baby sitting, she had several doctors as clients (thanks to the wife). She worked for her spending money because I didn't think everything should be given to her.
