Gun talk or something beside the stupid title i gave it

IKR? Knob Creek WAS on my bucket list.
It was good in the 90s we got ammo very reasonable priced and full auto rentals was inexpensive
It was worth the drive.
Then prices climbed on everything through the 2000s
To the point it wasn't worth the drive.
I shot a reed knight I believe or just his suppressor 1911
That you could only hear the action
That was cool.
I never wasted money on the full auto stuff
But wanted to try the cz75,Glock and Beretta full autos a guy had
But the wait was over 2 hours I think.

My third hand info said they just got tired of all the work to put on the MG shoots, everything will still be open, just no more big events.
They did a ton of work for ever increasing costs
It's suprising it stayed open so many year's.
Your chest pounded all day from the .50s
And they had some heavier stuff
I don't know that military stuff.
But often they shot dodges to piece's
Good people.

We had a MG shoot here every year and sometimes more. wasn't very big though. maybe 15 to 20 of us that had guns and most brought other people. we weren.t choosy about the name brand car we shot. whatever we could get.

I talked to a Glock rep awhile back, he said production cost is about $150 and that they sell most of them to people who want a handgun, but don't care what it is.
Kind of like buying a small BMW or Mercedes, just to have the name.
At my local shop in talking with the salesmen.
new to handgun people with no
Glock knowledge
Choose basically anything but a Glock.
They want ergonomics
And many want safety's
They sell much more smith's and Ruger's than Glocks
And the foreign gun's Brazil, turkey whatever have done very well
They say.
I like Glocks but they are being surpassed imho
By better trigger's and ergonomics
Not to mention price point.
