Gun talk or something beside the stupid title i gave it

News feed came on the radio today. Our local city is going to do a gun buy back.

$300 for “assault rifles”
$100-200 for hand guns and long guns
$50 for black powder guns.

I need to find out when and where this is taking place and set up a buy back booth too. I’m willing to pay more than that.

Go to your local hardware store and buy 1/4" galvanized pipe to make .22 lr zip guns. Sell them at the buyback until they run out of money.

That very thing happened here in Utah. A bunch of guys set up a booth and offered more money and bought the majority of the guns being brought in

For those of you on the edges of your seats, regarding my mag purchases: Due to pricing, availability, and shipping times, I had to order from three different places. I used the Magpul site, The Mag Shack, and a seller on Gunbroker (Freestone Armory). So far, customer service has been good, but I'll report back once I receive the shipments.

Also, fuck Liberals. Y'all watch, this same shit is coming on a Federal level.

You need at least 200 of em.

Yeah, I wish I could do that. I still want/need more. I bought what my budget permitted. I still have to have enough cash to buy milk for my girlfriend and cigarettes for the kids. I even bought mags for a gun that I don't yet have, but am hoping to get soon.

How often do you actually have mags fail, and need to be replaced? I don't know that it's happened to me, yet. But, you shoot far more often than I.

cigarettes for the kid

Nope, there gonna have bad habits they buy em theirselves.

Never had one fail. Have had a few over the years that wouldn't feed right. i quickly unload them. I have some mags that have been loaded for many years and still work fine. I have a steel mag stuck in an AR180 i know has been loaded 30 years. i guarantee it would work if i shot it.
