With the rebate it'll be 100.00 for 400rnds it's 1 per household
My great nephew ordered himself some.

Hopefully this ADE will hold up to the 10mm punishment. got a red circle and dot in middle. actually you can change it from that to just a circle or just a dot. has shake awake. for half the price of a Holosun. but it’s only worth it is it don’t die from the recoil. which this heavy glock 40 ain’t too bad. I will find out after deer season

They’ve won a few already. P320 is striker fired, right? Kinda tough to make it go off with out pulling the trigger. I think the majority of lawsuits have involved non-civilians, maybe it’s easier to sue the manufacturer than it is to put responsibility on the person involved in the accidental discharge.

got these two older ones, was before the drop issue was noticed. They do not have the upgrade, which sig don't guarantee works either, I have never had a problem with either but don't carry them and never dropped one. Think i got a solution for them though. I will carry them with no round in the chamber and when something happens i will use them like a hand grenade, instead of pulling a pin i will rack a round and throw it at the assailant.

There is a bunch of YT vids with guys dropping them and they go off. too many people have sued them over it. gotta be something too it. seen one video of the cop getting out of his car and it went off in the holster. another cops body cam caught it. he is probably one of the ones sueing

Dropping them imparted enough inertia/energy into the firing pin to make them go off. That’s a problem and the reason they offered to fix them. Going off in a holster or some other condition where there is no sudden impact on the firearm itself is suspect, to me, and is the basis on which the other suits have been dismissed, I believe.

Much like patent lawsuits, sometimes the goal isn’t to win it’s just to make the other side spend a ton of money.
