Since when did anyone EVER have to force me to drink decent Scotch, I think that was Oban 14. And for the record you mixed both drinks that night, they were in a big gulp cup too.

Pizza, we take a carb balance wrap and put a keto pizza sauce over it and then stack it up with what ever you want. Tonight's has sausage bits, canadian bacon, pepperoni, black olives, green olives, purple onions, mozzarella cheese, and plenty of red pepper. Tis be rather good for a diet food
