T1 dated a girl like thatYeh, they slam the limiter stock, and the 585 I had wanted to tune well above the limiter. I had best luck adjusting with a Pac man driver. One had a thin tooth and fit just right. Neither of my splined drivers would fit.
I left the numbers low, added some compression and went for the low end, being rpm limited.
Real world how do they compare to 394/395s In useYeh, they slam the limiter stock, and the 585 I had wanted to tune well above the limiter. I had best luck adjusting with a Pac man driver. One had a thin tooth and fit just right. Neither of my splined drivers would fit.

Is there a huge difference in power or not enough to bother with.
My cousin hadn't heard of them he's a full-time logger doesn't get on the internet muchStock to stock power is up a good bit on the new 5 saws.
Fully ported the 394/5 will stsrt to walk away.
If you like the feel of the new stuff, and it holds up, it will be hard to go back for a full time user.
He had a early one when they came out and no local dealer with the software to service it at the timeThe av on this one feels right about close to a 661.
If he is running a 24” this would be my choice if he dont like 661.
661 is still my favorite.
So you're midget curiousI'm curious myself vs a 661
