On my Husky 385XP
Stock plug NGK BPMR7A M8XH
Finally died.

All I had to replace it is a Oregon 77-309-1

It worked, but would you replace it with a NGK or run the Oregon?

Have you ever seen a elecrtode break and ruin a cylinder? I have and it was a champion plug in a 660.

Always a blib in the matrix. Is it chance occurance? If your sour on champion you have a right to be. Ive melted alot of electrodes off differet brands.
Remember when the bosch plugs on stihl shit would foul and stop. The Warranty fix was to install a champion. I have one of those on my workbench... Pre year 2000 i think.

I used to work on chainsaws before I started driving the school bus, I had several Stihl saws with the spark plug blown out and IIRC everyone was a Bosch plug.
