Good morning thread

I
i agree Randy,
I have managed to train / eat myself down in cholesterol before, in the long run I have the same goal, ie, to stop taking statins.
My LDL was up to 3.4, so statins are needed right now.
the docs said I needed to take pills for high cholesterol.
I replied check me again next year.
They did amd I was fine.
They tried that for blood pressure as well ,same response from me.
Each time I changed a few things in my life and took some time to research and took some supplements aNd next year all was good.
Dosnt stop them from trying to get you on some drug for some reason.
You need to make sure that the treatment you get is one you want

Good morning folks,
went to the doctor's office, low B9 vitamins and cholesterol was high again.
Must cure for Christmas with B9, cholesterol ie statins will probably be the rest of life.
Results from the allergy tests will come next week, the problem has been going on for a year, hoping for a finding there no matter what.
I'll give you your doctor's summary now.

What ever your allergic to, stay away from it.

Your welcome.

Bullshit on needing statins, is the cholesterol actively killing you? I don't think so, your level is telling you something about your arteries, as in atherosclerosis, Cholesterol is part of the bodies repair kit, you might have damage, the body is trying to fix it.
Soluble fiber will help clear the circulatory system, eat some fucking oatmeal, every fucking day. 3.4 is on the margin, easily controlled through diet and changes in lifestyle. Oh I know it is easy to say and requires effort, better in the long run.
I did that horrible test that shows blood flow in the heart, at that time it showed 55% blockage, I didn't have the energy to throw a good hump at a twat, let alone doing most normal things without a negative reaction from the old ticker.
Now I can hump away and do far more than I could 5 years ago.

Trying to rain here, going for one of my last therapy sessions today, gonna be nice to be done but kind of sad too, I've spent more time at that hospital in the last year than I have anywhere. The breakfast bar features a big ol' gal who slings a gravy boat like she's from Indiana! I think she's impressed with my 6 and 7 trips thru the buffet and the way eye can choke down her grub like a 30 yard dumpster being loaded by a 325 John Deere skidder. an' eye aint kiddin', either

Tittie pics of the big ol' breakfast bar gal?

Are they going to let you keep the jacket and the 1/2 sheet of plywood serving tray?

Prolly a custom job, resembling the short bed on a pick up truck.
