52 here and blue skies. Our youngest girl is going to Spain for a week

Snowed a bit last night, just stuck around the shady areas.
Frost has left the ground as the puddles have all dissapeared. Good time to get stuck around here now as the clay has absorbed the water.

She just finished s tourism/hospitality course at college. I'm honestly not sure what she learned, travel agent type stuff maybe. This trip was part of the course, like a reward. I been trying to figure out how she got me to pay for it without me knowing but apparently it was free, she just needed spending money
Nothing is “ free” in college!! We were in a lil deeper than $250k for Jr#2’s doctorate in PT ,,,and we had to pay for his three ,,10 week internships ,,Yorktown Va,,Ithaca NY,,,Hartford Ct ,,,,college helped in finding lodging but we still had to supply food ,gas , tolls ,n exters 🤷♂️💸💸💸💸💸💸,,,,worth everpenny when we see how successful he has been , graduated 2018,,,,married ,one child ,owns a nice home ,,,started his own practice 1.5 yrs now 🤗👍( we did make him take a low interest govt subsidized loan for about $15k mostly for books n equip,,so he would have some responsibility in his education ) ,he paid it oft in 3yrs ,,never needed to hold a “ job” other than working in the college “ work/study program “ , which helped him make a lot of helpful!contacts in administration 👍

Im not out a nickle for her education, she got a student loan and went to college about a mile away. She has a job in a hotel in London England starting in July if she decides to take it. Sounds ok, decent money and living quarters included. I'd rather she didn't go so far away but hopefully it works out for her

Our girl made it to Spain. 78 degrees and sun at the moment
Baby Thomas started throwing up yesterday and is now at the ER on an IV. I was awake pretty much all night

Wednesday was a tornado 10-12 miles south, no structural damage.
Brookville, IN. (26 miles by car) had the county garage knocked down.
