There's a campground near where I used to live rippling waters it's called.
I drove by recently and was surprised at the campers
Many had wrap around porches and gazebos with roofs professionally done with
Outside fire pits and stuff
On rental lot's
But they are seasonal campers.
I happened to watch the homeless situation in Oakland and other parts of California
They live year round in camper's.

Its sad, we are seeing this all over, we are in Blanding Utah, as I see it over 1/2 here are full time, not a lot look well to do. Some may never leave.

Campgrounds around here turn the water off at the end of the season. Discourages people from staying year round.
