All you fat fucks go get your blood pressure and cholesterol checked before you end up like me spending close to 100k (you dont have )to make your home wheelchair accessible in case they dont get you mobile again worrying about shit is gonna make me have another one here.and pro tip: yes, just the tip, those bp carts at the pharmacys are notoriously inaccurate, depending on how well you know how to use them
Last year a over cautious Doctor figured i was having a massive heart attack...
6 hours later they get me to the ER,it was all kind of funny because i felt great.
Spent the night there as they tested and retested me,cholesterol was perfect,no high blood pressure,no enzymes from a heart attack so they kicked me out, lucky me a friend had stopped by otherwise i would have been hitchhiking home 160k away.
Saw the cardio doc's a couple weeks later, they ordered more tests and were satisfied that i was in good shape so i was allowed to work again,i went to Vancouver for the final tests they wanted, saw them again and was told "see you in 10 years"
Had to do some soul searching during the time i was told "not to lift anything heavy you could die",kept pissing on my boots.
In the end i was happy because i am the age my Dad was when he had his first heart attack,i have had my heart looked at,looked through so my questions were answered
Hopefully that is the way everyone's emergency's play out,but we know by the cow's experience that anything can happen,
So look after yourself go for a walk everyday, cause one day you will wish you could go for a walk, but your ass is stuck in a chair.

Years ago they tried to get me on some pills for cholesterol...
I told them check me next year,i started taking Super Krill at nights
Cholesterol numbers have been spot on since.
They tried that for High blood pressure a few years before that, same thing i told them check me again next year,
I changed a few eating habits, lifestyle habits and have kept the pills at bay since.
So far i take nothing except to sleep.

All my tests were good,, until I had a angiogram. The Drs were convinced there was probalbly nothing wrong,, I kept saying something not rite.
Ended up with some chest pain in the er one day,,, that got the ball rolling for more tests and the angiogram,,,,, Stent was place 2 month later.
It all snuck up one me,, I just thought it was part of getting old.
