Tools, need some tools!

Iowans, can't teach em anything. Red attracts the fishes. That's why the classic Lund fishin boats, the pride of Little Falls, East Dakota, were all painted red back before the fashion over function mulletheads down in Arkysaw started painting them lowrider plastic boats all sorts of flashy colors, accidentally teaching the industry that boats, much like baits, attract fishermen more the more gaudy they are.
Don't fucking blame me. Dohn's the one who told me that.

I was more surprised you painted it Chiefs red. 😎

I cant believe the Chiefs went with the absolute cheapest paint available at the Man's Mall. Red is fer tractors and barns, green is for football teams.

Did I mention the shack has a name already?

The Barn and Gill. Already been christened

You are correct. They were founded in Little Falls though.

I had one of their earliest models, wood trim, wood seats, and wood reinforced transom. I redid the woodwork and a year later had a tree land on it while at my friend's cabin on the lake.

Was gonna make a planter out of it at home, but his methhead kid (pretty sure, but he won't confess) sold it for scrap.

Right now I'm slumming around in a cheap Alumacraft in the summers. A nice newer console Lund fishin rig is (way down there) on the want list. Red of course.
