I just use my phone or P.C.
Most times I use the "edit" to trim the pic, making it smaller.

I edit pictures locally and then host them on Postimage. That way the forum server isn't storing the data and I can post the link elsewhere.

I use imgur.com and set the pics to private. You’ll still be able to post them here, but everyone on imgur won’t be commenting on them.

If you click the pic icon and then the insert image url, rather than just copy and pasting the link from imgur it will trim that crap off the top and bottom and give you this:
