I do appreciate the thoughts and that fact you took a little time to express them.
I take this day as my own, I spent a good chunk of my life sharing this occasion with my twin, who was reduced to basic components
eleven years ago and had begun to lose his original personality several years prior.
The story here is too common, back injury, ineffective surgeries, too much narcotics for too long, my brother, in a way,
choose to to give his life to the drugs, asking for more, obtaining them in various ways, using them improperly, with a predictable result.
So, on what was our birthday, I reflect on the person I knew and try to disregard the person he became.
