Too hot to go chootin but..ehh! what the heck. wanted to try the obsidians out. they are awesome. didn't need hearing protection in either caliber. they all stayed in one place unlike that Junk CGS suppressor i bought. now i did cheat like a big dog and used a rest cause i wanted to make sure they were hitting in the same place and it wasn't me. I shot another two targets with the FN 45, guess i didn't take a pic.
They were so quiet even the wildlife wasn't disturbed
Now this Steyr just kept begging me to go but i said Dude, you don't have a threaded barrel. he said yeah and you don't have six pack abs. so i thought about it and come to the conclusion, he's right so....

Made a suppressor vise this morning, couldn’t get the end cap off. thing works perfect. i didn’t clean them though. May make another and refine it a bit, just maybe for looks. this one works great.

Just changed out the pistons to left hand threads on the suppressors to run on the H&K 45 and VP9
Yeah i cheated again on most of it, if it isn't one hole i probably didn't use the rest., wanted to make sure they was working and wasn't me. The obsidians are awesome. first up the H&K 45.
Now this CGS, i don't have a left hand thread piston for the obsidian 9 and none to be found when i tried a while back. same thing with this CGS junk as with the other five guns. it shoots lights out for a few rounds and then they start shooting low right. i dunno. gonna try it on a 22 and if it does it again it may end up in a creek.
Now the Obsidian 9 worked great on this Girsan disruptor. only problem it does not have tall suppressor sights so i had to guess. now why they put a thread barrel on it and low sights i don't understand. but this pistol is a nice shooter and very good feel in the hand.
