I think they're a little oversprung from the factory
At first I could get 18 rounds in no more
now after tying the follower's down they seem to have seated
I can get 20 in now.
I emptied the mags 4 times as fast
as i could and no more issues
It seemed to fix it.

Tim the only issues you need to worry about here are whatever state BS applies, and federal 922(r) compliance. US vs foreign made parts, and how many of 'em you have on/in the rifle.

There are US made versions of those muzzle devices that are cosher with 922(r) if'n you feel the need. Guys get turned around when they think in terms of how many US made parts they have re 922(r) compliance. "I'm good, I have 12 US made parts"......

Feds don't GAFF about how many US made parts you have. The important thing is not having over 10 FOREIGN made parts from the 922(r) list. This includes mag bodies, followers, and floorplates (on the gun at the time of inspection).
