Good morning thread

Adamski has filled up three 40yd dumpsters and they still have 1/4 left to throw away. Dave Saur did his inspection and was definitely pleased to see they had handled so much but wants us to ensure that they continue with the process until completed.

The scrap yard project has begun and the first scrap dumpster should be filled tomorrow. Call Metallico by the afternoon and order a drop and return and have it delivered ASAP.

There were 11 WiFi access points down today - Jeff Swan was able to help you locate which ones without the map and without the labels on the units. The 500 roller tracks had to be removed. The ABG Blues had to move into an empty slot in 400. As soon as you’re in tomorrow get the 500 tracks back together and get that shit out of 400 since all locations in there do not have a pick face.

Gary needs more 30amp breakers and more 10-3 MC to finish the forklift chargers. Also call Kovalsky Carr to find out where the disconnects are so we can get this shit the hell over with. Lines still need to be run in 700.

Brandon is likely done with maintenance for good and as the shipping dock master he will likely be promoted to assistant shipping supervisor. Get an ad out on indeed and on craigslist.

Tyler had his 2nd covid shot today so plan on Terrance helping Brandon for the next few days.

FedEx brought back more pallets but many of them are not ours. You need to get a hold of Austin at FedEx and find out the pallet sorting process and find out what’s going on. He also needs to know those plastic USPS pallets are not ours either. Call Bernie and have him do a pickup of the pallets that can be rebuilt.

Tom came out to discuss salary increases. This year you were asked where you would like to be in 3-5 years financially and/or if there are any other benefits that you would like to receive in place of an increase. You told Tom a quad cab 4x4 truck with paid insurance and a gas card would be the best idea. They could write the lease off and you getting your car payment, car insurance, and fuel cost out of the money bills would be an entire new increase all by itself - and you’d never need to worry about a vehicle again. Tom thinks there’s a way we can make this work so he is going to get back to you.

Dock 17 door is still hard to close and that dock plate continues to get wedged in the pit where the hinge plate crests over into the stop blocks. Call Alliance Door and schedule a service.

The Z-Turn should be back soon - next week is likely - make sure the ramp going into the shop gets finished up be Friday.
