Expensive lesson

Looks like I can get blued for $50 and SS for $63.

I'll take a look for this part #, probably buy a spare if I don't find mine back.

In my search I called Savage parts dept, they gave me a different part number, 55120. So that's what I was searching for.

Thanks Aaron.

I have a 110 and was thinking the same dam thing, hope yours has a wood stock, mine is a polymer stock, 06, it's not nice to shoot, but you can hike all day with it no problem.

Mines a 116, stainless/synthetic. She's a little rough on the shoulder, but not terrible. Great shooter tho.

mines laminate. it kicks.

I've always liked laminate stocks. They can make an inexpensive gun look pretty decent. Far and away better than a stained cheap wood stock in my opinion.

ya its a pretty gun. she was a gal's rifle, her husband was a gun nut. its bedded and has a trigger job done way lighter than i would have gone. its an accurate rifle though.
