Brisket recipes for a smoker .

I just season with a rub that I like. Generally anything from Meat Church is my goto. I usually don’t wrap, but like Brad said to each his own. Cook at 225, pull at 200-205. Then I will wrap it in foil and towels, put it in a cooler for a hour or two to rest.

Youll love the Silverback. I love mine. I just put the WiFi controller in last weekend, I’m really loving that.

Make sure you pick up the front shelf for it, it is very handy. And if you move the grill at all throw the base in the scrap pile and order the AT cart. You’ll thank me later.

After having wifi I wouldn't do without it.

Hit the power button, set the temp and walk away. Just make sure you use quality pellets. I prefer Lumberjack, they make Grillas pellets. Vacuum the ashes out every hoper of pellets is a decent rule of thumb.
I tried Pit Boss pellets once, they were absolute garbage. They made a lot of ash, inconsistent burn and a lot of small Pellets and fines in the bag.

It means you can check your grill from anywhere and control it.

I tried and like Royal Oak charcoal pellets. Very little ash. Yesterday I smoked a pork butt and had Lumberjack hickory on one side of the hopper and charcoal on the other so they would mix.
