no doubt there are at times extenuating circumstances. i just dont think it should be common place the way they are acting it is.
also as i understand it, they are simply going to leave it up to the state. in this case its not illegal, the fed is just not going to be involved.
in any case, i really dont care as long as im not footing the bill.
