The millennial hippy over in Oklahoma has a vape shop going on 10 years now..
But now he has a license to grow the same pot he’d been growing all along...
He’s a low energy guy, but sorta hit the jackpot.

So yer the guy that goes and buys something for a specific project and then takes it back after yer done, thus costing other consumers higher prices for the loss. Generators are probably the most abused on that.
