Not So Pros v3.0

I haven’t they oiled good enough on what I was running them on, most of the time I’ll use a carbide burr to enlarge the oil holes. Anymore I’m running Stihl light bars but the oiling holes are tiny so they get a little bit of a work over before even being run.
Yack... I know, bars are consumables and stihl bars are great, if someone else buys them....

As always, ymmv

Cannon bars are spendy

That said, so far 2years outta 2 bars
13 months strictly falling and topping on the 1st one, the other 3 didn't fare as well. I suspect bucking done them in sooner.

Having good luck with the stihl lights here, only problem is finding them. On the 500i's a regular weight bar is far too nose heavy.

I gots to find a newer bush hogging tractor. So dad gave me a fair amount of ground that is tree farm. I have to maintain a 20' firebreak buffer and "supposed" to mow between the rows. There is absolutely no veg under the canopy so that isn't happening. By contract I have to wait until August to mow the fire break due to bird habitat bullshit. By then the old ferd N's are working pretty hard to mow the shit... I need a compact tractor with live pto

i just have some is all, was going to replace tips and use if i need um. i was just looking for tsumara tips, no one has any .63 and no 32 3/8 63 bars. there really is a supply issue going on. im not out of bars, just was fixing stuff up for later.

Windsor/Sandvik was bought up by the investment group that owns Oregon years ago. The last Windsor and Sandvik branded bars were just rebadged Oregon single rivet crap bars. I remember seeing them on the Baileys site.

I have a Windsor 32 and a Cannon 32 nothing is as heavy as a Cannon or as hard on the wallet either.

I have several old 5 rivet Windsors, 3 rivet Oregons, Oz manufactured GB's, and various Cannons (including some of the roller nose variety). They're all heavier and made of much better steel than the current Oregon, Stihl, and GB bars. My 50" Cannon is about 3 years old and gets used once a year at most. It's remarkably stiff (giggedy) for such a long bar. Not much more flex than a current 36" Oregon.

One hillbilly says to the other, "Do you want to play twenty questions?" The other hillbilly ask, "What is that?" He says, "I write something on a piece of paper and you get twenty questions to guess what it be." So he takes out a piece of paper and writes "donkey dick" on it. The other hillbilly takes a second to think and asks, "Can you eat it?" And the first hillbilly replies, "Well, I reckon you can." The other one says, "Is it donkey dick?"

That's the second time that joke has been told here, recently, and I gotta admit...I don't get it. I have no idea why it would be funny.

If you have a Branson dealer nearby I'd suggest a 20 series or 15 series. I'm very happy with my 4020R. They're heavy duty and well built, and give you a lot of tractor for the $$$.

Otherwise, I'd suggest a Kubota L4701 or L3901.

Pics of you flexing your 50 "magnum once a year?
